About the role

  • Support training across the sustaining pillars of NCE (Nestlé Continuous Excellence)
  • Run awareness campaigns among employees
  • Act as a trainer/multiplier for basic and intermediate Autonomous Maintenance (AM)
  • Establish work routines in alignment with the Unit OMP (Operational Management Plan)
  • Contribute to the management of SHO/DOR/WOR/MOR meetings
  • Support KPI management
  • Support the unit's digital projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Engineering (production, maintenance, chemical, food) or Business Administration
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Excel
  • Experience with software interfacing with Production Management (SAP and DMO (MES))
  • Previous experience with Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Experience with TPM pillars
  • Experience implementing the 5S program
  • English/Spanish is a plus
