About the role
- Support training across the sustaining pillars of NCE (Nestlé Continuous Excellence)
- Run awareness campaigns among employees
- Act as a trainer/multiplier for basic and intermediate Autonomous Maintenance (AM)
- Establish work routines in alignment with the Unit OMP (Operational Management Plan)
- Contribute to the management of SHO/DOR/WOR/MOR meetings
- Support KPI management
- Support the unit's digital projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Engineering (production, maintenance, chemical, food) or Business Administration
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel
- Experience with software interfacing with Production Management (SAP and DMO (MES))
- Previous experience with Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Experience with TPM pillars
- Experience implementing the 5S program
- English/Spanish is a plus
