About the role

  • Provide support on Maintenance and Improvement in the Factory
  • Participate in CAPEX projects following corporate guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with safety and process standards
  • Enable high-performance operations through asset maintenance
  • Support in Capital Investments projects ensuring quality and budget adherence

Requirements

  • Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years Maintenance and Improvement experience
  • Personnel supervision experience
  • Participation in engineering projects as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience in the start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s)
  • Self-management following defined KPIs/Objectives
  • Exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning, and/or maintenance execution desired
