About the role

  • Provide recommendations and customer insights based on data analysis and post-campaign evaluations.
  • Co-own with the Business Lead the analysis of campaign performance, extracting clear learnings and actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Execute CRM campaigns and activations with a strong understanding of the ecosystem (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, IT, Finance, etc.) to implement best practices.
  • Respond to ad-hoc data and analysis requests from other departments.
  • Execute and monitor the performance of Customer Lifecycle programs to drive Customer Lifetime Value, in coordination with business stakeholders.
  • Build, automate, and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor business performance and key CRM KPIs.
  • Provide forecasts and performance tracking on CRM KPIs and commercial indicators.
  • Proactively initiate analyses that generate customer insights or operational improvements to support business decisions.
  • Leverage CRM data to develop a deep understanding of customer behavior.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses on the customer base to support strategic and commercial decision-making.
  • Support business teams in the maintenance and management of customer data to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Contribute to CRM-related projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Participate in cross-functional data, reporting, and analytics projects as needed.

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in Marketing, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
  • 2–3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in a Direct-to-Consumer or customer-centric environment.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional and multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Strong curiosity for data and the ability to transform data into actionable insights that influence business and marketing strategies.
  • Solid analytical experience using data and reporting tools in a business environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard automation and KPI monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • SQL proficiency is highly preferred.
