About the role
- Lead, develop and align the planning and Logistics teams in effective application of Best Practices
- Manage inventory to optimal levels based on targets while avoiding out of stocks
- Closely collaborate with Event Management and Idea to Launch teams
- Communicate and collaborate with all other departments involved
- Accountable for Safety, Health and Environment, Quality and CARE regulations
- Instill a progressive culture within the Team for continuous improvement
- Develop and lead a team of Supply Chain professionals
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ Experience in Supply Chain Management preferably FMCG
- 5-8 years’ experience in planning, logistics and/or warehousing
- Experienced people manager
- Physical logistics management (warehousing, transport) experience
- Experienced with advanced problem solving tools (LEAN, Six Sigma)
- Experience in 3rd Party Management
- Experience in managing complex projects
- SAP experience (DSP/Warehouse modules)
