About the role
- Responsible for powder production – you oversee production processes end-to-end and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Leadership with impact – you lead and develop a team of approximately 130 employees, creating an environment where performance and motivation come together.
- Safety & quality focused – you promote safety awareness within the team and ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency and performance.
- TPM & continuous improvement – you further develop Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and actively drive sustainable improvements.
- Digital & innovative – you implement digitalization and automation solutions to elevate production to the next level.
- Projects & budget control – you work cross-functionally on projects such as product launches and take responsibility for budget management.
Requirements
- Degree: You hold a completed engineering degree and bring strong technical understanding.
- Professional and leadership experience: You have several years of professional experience including people management, ideally in the food or medical device industry.
- Leadership skills: You demonstrate clear, respectful communication and know how to motivate and develop teams.
- TPM expertise: You have very good knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance and apply it confidently in practice.
- Process and project understanding: You have experience in project and process management in food production or a comparable industry.
- Language skills: You communicate fluently in German and English and are comfortable working in an international environment.
