About the role
- Development of customer strategies and metrics
- Define, develop and execute joint business plans with key customers within Foodstuffs North Island
- Deliver customer sales targets and initiatives including trade/customer/shopper marketing
- Negotiate category review with FSNI to deliver NPP objectives on ranging, space and promotions
- Develop highly effective relationships with all key customers.
- Develop promotional plans to meet Marketing plan objectives and customer needs
- Delivery of accurate forecasting of categories
- Management and development of direct report
- Provide full support and flow of information to the Field Team
- Actively manage trade spend
- Develop excellent working relationships with key stakeholders at Food Stuffs North Island
Requirements
- This role will suit someone with a minimum of 3-5 years senior sales experience.
- Strong financial acumen and a degree in Business, Marketing or related field is key, as is your knowledge of grocery and mass channels.
- Working across multiple functions, you will thrive in a highly competitive commercial environment and possesses well developed planning and analytical skills as well as a passion to win.
