About the role

  • Responsible for executing the NHS and PURAVIDA strategy in the Pharmacy channel, with primary focus on the Medical Nutrition, Active Nutrition and Vitamins categories;
  • Manage the full Sell-In and Sell-Out cycle, driving sustainable growth through tactical and strategic point-of-sale initiatives;
  • Plan and lead promotional activities, managing budgets and investments, and ensuring ROI calculation and tracking for all initiatives;
  • Manage sell-out, assortment, DOH (days of inventory on hand), coverage and average ticket at key accounts;
  • Manage the commercial budget for the Pharmacy channel, ensuring optimal return on investment and adherence to the budget;
  • Coordinate Integrated Commercial Planning (PCI), Trade Plan, Operational plan and long-term planning (MBS);
  • Responsible for managing and building JVCs (Joint Value Creation) with the sales team, leveraging shopper/category and regional inputs (brand>channel>customer), with active participation and follow-up;
  • Design and implement category strategies within the unit's 30-60-90 day cycle, ensuring sell-out activations, campaigns and incentives are aligned with NHS strategies;
  • Conduct proactive market analyses supported by internal and market data (IQVIA, Nielsen, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related fields)
  • 5+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Commercial Planning, Sales or GC (Commercial/Category Management)
  • Experience in the Pharmacy channel is a plus
  • Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to turn data into actionable plans
  • Analytical, collaborative and results-oriented profile
  • Strong storytelling skills to present and defend plans with clarity and impact
  • Fluent English (preferred)
  • MBA or business specialization is a plus.
