About the role
- As a member of the Executive Committee (CODIR), reporting to the Plant Director, you will drive the deployment of strategic production improvement initiatives, fully aligned with the NCE (Nestlé Continuous Excellence) approach.
- You will coordinate actions to eliminate waste.
- Lead the implementation of the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) framework.
- Drive digital transformation at the heart of our operations.
- Coach pillar leaders and managers on TPM methodology.
- Motivate teams toward a "Zero Defect" culture.
- Coordinate the TPM skills development plan.
- Communicate and evaluate progress through audits and reporting.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or engineering degree in Production/Industrial Engineering
- Required experience: minimum 5 years in industrial production and continuous improvement with implementation of Lean / TPM methodologies
- Proven experience in cross-functional (transversal) management
- Leadership and initiative
- Demonstrated experience managing major change in a complex environment
- Pragmatic and strategic, with a positive mindset
- Results-oriented, able to coach on the shop floor and develop teams
- Expertise in TPM and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of quality standards, SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) and supply chain
- Fluent English is mandatory.
