About the role
- Act as a true Nespresso brand ambassador
- Provide tastings and theatrical product demonstrations
- Elevate customer experience
- Facilitate new starter and product launch training
- Manage and resolve escalated complaints
- Ensure exceptional housekeeping standards are maintained
- Contribute to commercial performance by delivering relevant offers
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
