About the role

  • Organise and deliver on site training
  • Provide administration and compliance support to the site
  • Support providing of internal, external and department specific trainings
  • Setting up training schedule
  • Co-ordination of all relevant training processes
  • Manage e-learning creation, enrollment and compliance for site
  • Monitor and share training compliance levels and KPIs
  • Evaluate training efficiency through feedback forms
  • Responsible for record and documentation retention compliance
  • First point of contact for visitors and contractors
  • Monitoring OHS schedule

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administrative or training coordination is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
