About the role
- Lead and develop your team to achieve established objectives.
- Plan and execute the investments required to meet business targets.
- Optimize equipment management.
- Define and implement the maintenance organization and activities.
- Implement the level of automation necessary to operate production equipment.
- Ensure energy supply and manage the plant's energy operations.
- Optimize energy and water consumption.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac +5).
- At least 8 years' experience in maintenance or within a technical department.
- Professional proficiency in English.
