About the role
- Assist with food safety validations to comply with Model HACCP Requirements
- Complete PRP, OPRP, and CCP Audits
- Lead cost-savings projects resulting in at least $100K annual savings
- Lead problem-solving teams to eliminate defects resulting in Factory Losses
- Create visual standards and training materials
- Project assignments to demonstrate initiative and recommend organizational actions focusing on cost savings or operational efficiencies
Requirements
- Comfortable working with people in various capacities in a factory setting
- Able to work any shift, including second or third shift as required
- Open to working in ambient conditions may be very cold, wet or warm
- Ability to start the program in May 2025
- GPA of 3.0 and above preferred
