About the role
- Prepare the monthly, quarterly forecasts, yearly budgets ensuring a continuous improvement on the forecast accuracy
- Ensure the accuracy of general overheads and related accruals on a monthly basis, conducting regular pre-PEC (Period End Close) health checks to maintain financial integrity
- Provide analytical support to drive and manage employee-related initiatives, assessing the financial impact of new policies
- Ensure the application of costing standards and the accuracy of cost center master data, along with the drivers for cost allocations
- Conduct necessary analyses for each category request
- Enhance visibility across the organization through comprehensive cost center reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in finance
- Proficiency in business tools, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders across various functions
- Excellent command of English
