About the role
- Play a key role in implementing the new NW&PB organizational model for Supply Chain and Procurement.
- Drive the transformation: define and implement the organizational model.
- Ensure a smooth, uninterrupted transition.
- Ensure continuity and performance: define and coordinate governance during the transition period.
- Establish governance and KPIs related to the new processes.
- Coordinate and lead the project team, challenge recommendations and build consensus.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in project management and organizational transformation, preferably in Supply Chain and Procurement.
- Master's degree (business school, engineering school, or university) with a specialization in management or supply chain.
- Recognized for your leadership, influencing skills and ability to propose solutions.
- Proficient in LEAN principles (NCE) and change management methodologies.
- Fluent in English. French and/or Italian is a plus.
