About the role

  • Provide culinary sales support to Nestlé’s field sales team.
  • Drive volume growth of iconic brands like Minor’s, Stouffer’s, Trio, Chef Mate, and Toll House.
  • Showcase product value through culinary thought leadership and demonstrations.
  • Establish strong chef to chef relationships with customers and industry partners.
  • Deliver impactful customer training and demonstrations, including recipes highlighting product flavor and profitability.
  • Share insights with Nestlé Professional Business Development to inform growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, food science, or a related field is preferred.
  • 4–8 years of restaurant or foodservice selling experience required.
  • 4 years of experience in a culinary selling role (broker, distributor, or food manufacturer).
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
  • Knowledge of marketplace, channel and industry trends, and competitors
  • Ability to travel between 40-60%, which will vary depending on where candidate is based.
