About the role

  • Develop Channel Insights that determines the strategy and tactics to compete in the channel including setting the OPL and Commercial Planning
  • Develop plans to increase/improve distribution
  • Assist in the development of new products and products rationalization to cater the need of the channel
  • Communicate with the Sales and Distribution team to achieve desired merchandising and execution of plans in outlet

Requirements

  • 3-5 years relevant FMCG sales experience or experience working in hospitality sector
  • Channel Insights, Financial statements understanding, Merchandising Guidelines, Channel distribution objectives
