About the role
- Take the lead in identifying, developing, and executing capital projects for the factory.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners.
- Manage and control project budget and cost forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with quality and GMP requirements in accordance with FDA and OSHA regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Proven ability to complete major projects in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to analyze data
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management experience 3 plus years, leading on projects less than $1 million.
