About the role
- Lead continuous improvement projects in production, with a particular focus on quality and hygiene.
- Review and optimize internal processes, with an emphasis on digitalization.
- Introduce and apply best practices, from internal or external experience, to effectively reduce hygiene risks around production lines.
- Contribute to training and raising awareness among operators on quality, hygiene and digitalization topics.
- Ensure the updating and management of quality documentation on digital platforms (e.g., SharePoint).
- Conduct internal audits or risk analyses to identify and anticipate areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Engineering student with strong motivation and a dynamic mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency with digital tools and a strong interest in digitalizing industrial processes.
- Data science skills: ability to collect, analyze and interpret data to support continuous improvement and decision-making.
- Solid knowledge of problem-solving methods.
- Initiative and the ability to drive concrete projects with energy, focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Proficiency in French and English (minimum B2).
