About the role
- Define and apply the appropriate methodology to manage projects delivering digital, data-driven solutions
- Participate in continuous improvement
- Deliver training and coaching on digital tools to accelerate the skills development of Operators and Technicians
- Maintain a daily on-site presence to support skills development and identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure proper application of our safety, quality, hygiene and environmental rules
- Contribute to effective teamwork
- Communicate transparently and accurately.
Requirements
- Final-year engineering student
- Hands-on experience in an engineering or production department is an advantage
- Knowledge of data science
- Programming skills in Python and R are a major asset
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in French and English.
