About the role
- Segment customer base for the implementation of campaigns
- Monitor and evaluate outbound campaigns via all channels: CRC, emails, BTQ network etc.
- Create detailed reporting along with meaningful dashboards of CRM KPIs per channel, segment, geographical area etc.
- Evaluate, report and leverage the results of analytics models (value-based segmentation, behavioral segmentation, propensity-to-buy, shopping preferences, propensity to churn etc.)
- Contribute to the promos pre-evaluation, forecasting the respective main CRM KPIs (acceptance rate, consumption etc.) and incremental sales
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics or equivalent field
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Data modeling and Management, integration and manipulation of large disparate datasets
- Strong skills in data analytics software/platform (IBM Modeler, Knime, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL
- Strong presentation skills
- Good stakeholder management across functions & teams
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Experience in CRM platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Platform (AEP, AJO, CJA)
- Experience in data visualization tools, preferably Power BI
- Knowledge of other programming languages, like R or Python, for data manipulation and predictive and prescriptive modeling
- Strong skills in Excel
- Knowledge of Advanced analytics methodologies for Segmentation and Predictive modeling
