• Ensure the definition and execution of investment projects (safety, quality, environment, performance)
• Manage and develop the project engineering team
• Identify factory needs and maintain the master plan
• Oversee technical studies and investment plans
• Lead the installation and commissioning of new equipment (tenders, on-site works, ramp-up)
