About the role
- Troubleshoot and improve existing Automation and MES applications
- Support daily automation topics occurring on the line (HMI-PLC-MES)
- Support root cause analysis for MES and automation issues
- Identify improvements areas on the line under your responsibility
- Support improvement projects related to MES and Automation
- Maintain and improve Automation and MES documentation
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in the direction of electrical engineering, computer science or industrial automation
- Knowledge in PLC controls and affinity with network components and MES
- Knowledge and experience with Wonderware and Rockwell PLC’s is not a must, but can be an advantage
- Experience in an engineering job in machine and equipment construction
- Good control of the English language; Dutch is a pre
- You are someone who takes initiative, has an innovative mindset and self-knowledge
- You are trustworthy, service oriented and wants to work together with colleagues
