About the role

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries and concerns
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Support and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace morale and retention
  • Manage and support operational issues related to employees, including Insurance , employees relations & applying policies & procedures
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with labor regulations
  • Coordinates and facilitates on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
  • Collaborates with the Recruiting team to analyze and generate contracts of employment
  • Conducts exit interviews, identifying trends and recommending actions to address concerns
  • Manage and enhance full cycle of Payroll process
  • Manage mobilization of 3PL staff (external manpower) to ensure smooth operations and adequate workforce supply for business continuity
  • Manage annual performance review process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree education level in Human Resources/ Business Administration or equivalent
  • 1 to 4 Years experience in related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
