About the role
- Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries and concerns
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Support and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace morale and retention
- Manage and support operational issues related to employees, including Insurance , employees relations & applying policies & procedures
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with labor regulations
- Coordinates and facilitates on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
- Collaborates with the Recruiting team to analyze and generate contracts of employment
- Conducts exit interviews, identifying trends and recommending actions to address concerns
- Manage and enhance full cycle of Payroll process
- Manage mobilization of 3PL staff (external manpower) to ensure smooth operations and adequate workforce supply for business continuity
- Manage annual performance review process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree education level in Human Resources/ Business Administration or equivalent
- 1 to 4 Years experience in related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
