About the role

  • managing the supply for the Benelux Market
  • replenishing the Distribution Centers with optimal stock levels to fulfill forecasted demand
  • ensure supply & availability of products to fulfill deliveries on time, at the right place with the correct freshness
  • minimize Working Capital and Total Delivered Cost
  • establish and periodically review stock policies for Finished Goods
  • work closely with the demand planner to manage shared objectives
  • provide Generating Demand teams with input regarding stock availability, and exceptions that may impact business performance
  • drive fast, appropriate actions to minimize the impact of supply risks
  • monitor and analyze Demand and Supply Planning performance

Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or any other related field and MBA/MSc in Business or other related discipline
  • minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain/Operations, ideally in FMCG
  • adaptable, agile, communicative, excellent team player, able to work autonomously and remotely, with strong negotiation and convincing skills
  • analytical, results-oriented, and resilient
  • ability to prioritize job effectively and support multi-tasking activities is vital for successful performance
  • good knowledge of SAP (R/3), APO, Microsoft Power BI is a plus
  • fluency in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
