About the role
- managing the supply for the Benelux Market
- replenishing the Distribution Centers with optimal stock levels to fulfill forecasted demand
- ensure supply & availability of products to fulfill deliveries on time, at the right place with the correct freshness
- minimize Working Capital and Total Delivered Cost
- establish and periodically review stock policies for Finished Goods
- work closely with the demand planner to manage shared objectives
- provide Generating Demand teams with input regarding stock availability, and exceptions that may impact business performance
- drive fast, appropriate actions to minimize the impact of supply risks
- monitor and analyze Demand and Supply Planning performance
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or any other related field and MBA/MSc in Business or other related discipline
- minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain/Operations, ideally in FMCG
- adaptable, agile, communicative, excellent team player, able to work autonomously and remotely, with strong negotiation and convincing skills
- analytical, results-oriented, and resilient
- ability to prioritize job effectively and support multi-tasking activities is vital for successful performance
- good knowledge of SAP (R/3), APO, Microsoft Power BI is a plus
- fluency in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
