About the role
- Monitor owned Nestlé social media channels and engage with consumers using appropriate tone-of-voice depending on the channel.
- Send posts to the relevant markets, post responses to questions, complaints, and inquiries;
- Monitor and analyze online contents regarding Nestlé and its brands in the media and social networks and prepare reports using web analytics application;
- Provide alerts about all online Nestlé social media channels;
- Collect, structure, and analyze data from multiple sources to deliver clear insights to stakeholders;
Requirements
- A digital enthusiast with knowledge and strong interest in social media environment (X, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
- A professional with great analytical skills
- Confident user of MS Excel, MS Power Point
- An expert with the ability to deliver detailed reporting
- Confident in English on Upper-Intermediate level (both written and verbal)
- A great communicator and a team player.
