About the role

Leverage your technical expertise to develop functionalities for a request & task management tool.
Drive continuous improvement practices within the Tech Innovation domain applied to Marketing Processes.
Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution and portfolio architects, technical experts and Security & Compliance teams.
Implement changes to optimize efficiency and productivity in our processes and frameworks.
Serve as the subject matter expert on innovation for Marketing processes.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for new tools and processes.
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for Marketing process improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field is an advantage.
5+ years of significant administrative responsibility provisioning, configuring, and managing cloud hosted services/on-premise platforms in workflow technologies.
Comprehensive experience with databases (in the cloud and on-premises) and practical programming skills.
Experience with JS frameworks.
HTML, CSS, JavaScript experience.
Knowledge of SSO, RBAC, MFA in Azure AD, and modern authentication.
Experience in master data modelling and classification of data.
Awareness of cybersecurity threats and best practices.
Proficiency in defining and delivering MVPs quickly with high adoption rates.
Experience in application development that demonstrates thorough knowledge of the Product Development Life Cycle.
Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology.
Experience communicating with all levels, management, engineering, and end users.
Experience having worked in a global environment, collaboratively with cross-functional & virtual teams.
Jira experience and Forge APP.
