About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Grow the existing property portfolio for the French market by acquiring new properties and meeting or exceeding growth targets.
  • Meet and or exceed the required new property conversion rate, which is sales leads provided versus sales leads converted.
  • Attend all sales appointments booked by potential landlords.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming emails and sales calls with timely and professional responses.
  • Create accurate and competitive property estimate quotes that support successful acquisition.
  • Ensure all service contracts are prepared professionally and sent to landlords timeously.
  • Maintain accurate and updated information on CRM.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • One to three years experience in direct sales, telesales or selling a service to a diverse client base.
  • Fluent in French (spoken and written). Advanced level of competency in English.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently without requiring close supervision.
  • Strong customer relations skills, with effective listening and negotiation abilities.
  • Positive attitude, resilience and ability to perform well under pressure.
