About the role

  • Define, implement, and optimize the email marketing and lead nurturing strategy
  • Plan, write, and optimize email copy for educational, nurturing, and conversion-focused campaigns
  • Design and structure email templates to maximize engagement and readability
  • Build and manage automated workflows and sequences (lead nurturing, re-engagement, follow-ups, lost leads)
  • Segment audiences based on behavior, intent, and lifecycle stage
  • Ensure email campaigns support business objectives by driving call bookings for the sales team
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, engagement, conversions)
  • Run A/B tests and continuously optimize content, structure, timing, and automation logic
  • Maintain list health, deliverability best practices, and compliance standards
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in email marketing (B2C preferred)
  • Proven experience building and managing nurturing and automation workflows
  • Strong copywriting skills focused on education, persuasion, and conversion
  • Clear understanding of the lead nurturing process and its role in the sales funnel
  • Hands-on experience with Mailchimp automation, segmentation, and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable improvements
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of results.
