About the role

  • participate in Neste’s media work together with the team
  • update Neste’s presentations and website
  • assist in compiling communications performance metrics
  • coordinate and help organize internal events and communications (e.g., town halls, company newsletters)
  • write and publish articles in the intranet
  • maintain the external and internal communications calendar
  • proofread and edit communications materials (press releases, internal announcements, presentations) for consistency and clarity
  • assist in different communications projects

Requirements

  • university studies, ideally with a recent M.Sc. or close to finalizing studies, in communications, marketing, business or other applicable field
  • relevant work experience
  • attention to detail and taking initiative
  • ability to work effectively in a global organization and multicultural environment
  • desire to collaborate with external stakeholders, including media
  • a can do attitude together with excellent cooperation skills
  • excellent writing skills, fluency in both Finnish and English.
