About the role
- Model healthcare data for operations, analytics and ML using dimensional or data-vault techniques.
- Partner with data scientists to productionize ML/AI solutions: implement feature pipelines, , batch and streaming inference endpoints, drift/performance monitoring, and practical explainability for end users.
- Automate repetitive analytics tasks and integrate ML models into production-grade data pipelines.
- Design, build, and maintain pipelines supporting batch and near-real-time operational, analytical and ML workloads.
- Enable downstream analytics by publishing curated marts/views and managing schema updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or related field. A comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.
- 3–6 years in data engineering building production pipelines and data models in a cloud environment.
- Hands-on ML/AI experience: feature engineering, , deployment, monitoring, and practical explainability.
- Strong SQL (Snowflake or similar) and Python; experience with orchestration tools (ADF or similar) and CI/CD for data.
- Familiarity with healthcare and Salesforce data models is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
