About the role

  • Lead and actively contribute to the full UX/UI lifecycle: discovery, research, journey definition, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity design, design QA, and iteration.
  • Translate complex workflows and technical constraints into intuitive interaction models.
  • Drive clarity across ambiguous or multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Oversee implementation alignment to ensure production output matches design intent.
  • Design component-based, reusable UI systems aligned with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Next.js).
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, interaction standards, and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure seamless design-to-code translation.
  • Contribute to or review Storybook libraries and participate in code/design reviews where relevant.
  • Apply accessibility standards (WCAG, EAA), performance awareness, and system-level thinking across all solutions.
  • Lead product discovery phases including user research, workshops, stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, and data synthesis.
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into strategic design direction.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to define experience strategy and roadmap priorities.
  • Align design decisions with measurable business outcomes and product KPIs.
  • Balance user desirability, technical feasibility, and commercial viability.
  • Champion user-centered thinking across cross-functional teams, balanced with business and engineering implementation needs.
  • Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Elevate the quality bar for enterprise experience design.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally within enterprise-scale or B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Proven expertise in component-driven UI design and scalable design systems.
  • Strong research capabilities: interviews, usability testing, persona development, journey mapping, survey design.
  • Experience translating business and product goals into clear design requirements and measurable experience outcomes.
  • Practical understanding of frontend development workflows and frameworks (React, Next.js, Angular).
  • Familiarity with Git workflows, Storybook, and structured handoff processes.
  • Strong command of visual hierarchy, typography, layout systems, interaction design, and motion principles.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to articulate rationale and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
