About the role

  • Drives complex, cross-team technical programs
  • Partner closely with engineering & product leadership
  • Ensure non-functional requirements are planned
  • Anticipate bottlenecks; negotiate sequencing and resourcing with engineering leaders
  • Drive launch plans, cutovers, feature flags, rollback strategies, and runbooks
  • Align engineering, product/business, security/compliance, and operations
  • Communicate progress and trade-offs clearly to leadership

Requirements

  • 8–12+ Years of experience
  • Strong program management fundamentals
  • Technical fluency: system design concepts, APIs, data flows, environments, CI/CD concepts.
  • Experience driving cross-team software/platform/infrastructure programs.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and technical trade-offs; can facilitate decisions.
  • Experience with AI/ML or data platforms (preferred)
  • Familiarity with SRE practices (SLO/SLI, incident management, observability) (preferred)
  • Experience with large migrations, platform modernization, or reliability programs (preferred)
