About the role

  • lead architecture, design governance, and technical strategy for large-scale Salesforce transformation initiatives
  • Own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, FSC, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and AppExchange solutions
  • Define reference architectures, integration patterns, and platform standards aligned to enterprise goals
  • Drive API-led connectivity using MuleSoft or equivalent integration platforms
  • Partner with business and IT leadership to translate business requirements into scalable, future-ready designs
  • Act as the trusted technical advisor for executives, product owners, and technical teams
  • Analyze emerging Salesforce features such as Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, Data Cloud activation, GenAI-driven automation
  • Ensure architectural solutions meet security, performance, reliability, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years total experience
  • 8+ years on Salesforce in architect or senior technical roles
  • Strong expertise across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, FSC, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud preferred)
  • Hands-on proficiency in: Apex, LWC, Lightning Architecture, Salesforce data modeling & sharing architecture, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, Kafka/Async APIs, MuleSoft or other integration platforms, DevOps tooling (Copado, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Gearset), Salesforce security (OAuth, SSO, Shield, event monitoring)
  • Proven track record leading architecture for large enterprise Salesforce programs
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to collaborate across global teams and manage multi-vendor environments
  • Skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts for business partners
  • Certifications (preferred) Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1), Salesforce Certified System Architect (CSA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect (CAA), MuleSoft Architect certifications are a plus. Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) are an advantage
