About the role
- Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators to design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions on the Service Cloud platform.
- Serve as the technical lead for the full lifecycle implementation of Service Cloud projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to development, testing, and deployment.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend and customize Service Cloud functionality.
- Configure and manage core Service Cloud features, including Case Management, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, Knowledge Base, and Omni-Channel.
- Design and build complex integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and promoting best practices in Salesforce development.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay current with the latest Salesforce releases and technologies, and recommend improvements to optimize our Service Cloud implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
- Strong, hands-on expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, including a deep understanding of its architecture, data model, and capabilities.
- Proven experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous Apex) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Hands-on experience with Email-to-Case and Omni-Channel setup and customization.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and security models.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD deployment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
