About the role
- As a Data Quality Analyst in the Data Governance team at Nerdio, you will lead the management and governance of data within our business systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders across various departments, you will ensure that our data is accurate, consistent, and compliant with data governance policies.
- Monitor and maintain data quality within Salesforce and other business systems.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Assist with the integration of Salesforce with other internal systems, ensuring data consistency and process efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data definitions, standards, and processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide data-related support.
- Implement and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to users on data governance practices and tools.
- Generate reports and perform data analysis to support business decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in data management, data governance, or a related role, with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Experience with Salesforce is required.
- Deep understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other business systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical and efficient data solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data manipulation in Excel
- Experience with data integration tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
- Certification in Salesforce or data management.
