About the role
- Recruit net new MSPs and help accelerate monthly recurring revenue
- Collaborate with Partner Success Managers (PSMs) to identify prospective MSPs and opportunities they can drive
- Build strong relationships with Microsoft and its sales teams to grow partnership and revenue
- Attend events, pitch, and demonstrate the technology to earn follow-up meetings
- Effectively communicate Nerdio's value proposition, capabilities, and benefits to potential customers
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets
- Nurture and manage a healthy lead flow with a focus on both inbound and outbound prospecting
- Juggle multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining organization and a positive outlook
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Demonstrate integrity and follow through on commitments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development or a similar sales role, preferably in the technology industry (selling cloud computing, IT services, or SaaS)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies
- Strong understanding of VDI and EUC technologies
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas
- Familiarity with sales techniques and processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying leads
- Strong communication and the ability to convey the value proposition of the company's products or services
- Ability to understand customer needs
- Experience with CRM software and other sales development tools for managing and tracking customer interactions
- Experienced in leveraging sales engagement tools such as Gong, Apollo, Tech Target, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience in conducting product demonstrations or presentations to potential customers
- Proven expertise in partnership selling and building relationships with key stakeholders
- Highly motivated and self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Integrity, excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with other departments in the wider team
