About the role
- Support the implementation and refinement of systems and processes that enhance experiences for Nerdio’s technology partners and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot system issues; resolve independently where possible or escalate via formal ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with support teams to assess and fix systemic problems efficiently.
- Assist Partner Managers by building and recommending CRM dashboards that deliver actionable insights, trend tracking, and innovation ideas.
- Maintain and audit CRM and PRM data for accuracy and usability.
- Support in creating standardized operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline partner post-sales operations including rebate payouts and statements.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for process innovation; challenge existing systems where improvements can be made.
- Operate both independently and as a collaborative team player within a dynamic environment.
- Align with our internal revops team around PDM data for quota tracking to ensure accuracy for both individual and rolled up company channel progress reports.
Requirements
- Experience in the IT channel or technology partnership ecosystem is essential.
- Strong interest in systems, tools, and operational processes.
- Experience with CRM and/or PRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and offering data-driven solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally, particularly with finance and partner-facing teams.
