About the role

  • Lead and manage a high-performing , volume driven sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive exceptional performance.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and team performance.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft's sales teams, channel partners, and direct customers to identify AVD , W365, and Intune opportunities where Nerdio can offer solutions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and increase Nerdio's market presence.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, analyzing performance data to identify areas of improvement and drive sales effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to VDI, DaaS and EUC.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry selling cloud computing, IT services, or software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions.
  • A proven track record of success in sales, including meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Previous experience in managing a remote or distributed sales teams with strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and manage a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce & Gong software and other sales tools for managing sales pipelines and tracking performance.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Experience in building and maintaining partnerships or channel relationships.
