About the role
- Lead and manage a high-performing , volume driven sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive exceptional performance.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and team performance.
- Collaborate with Microsoft's sales teams, channel partners, and direct customers to identify AVD , W365, and Intune opportunities where Nerdio can offer solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and increase Nerdio's market presence.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, analyzing performance data to identify areas of improvement and drive sales effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to VDI, DaaS and EUC.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and drive strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry selling cloud computing, IT services, or software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions.
- A proven track record of success in sales, including meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Previous experience in managing a remote or distributed sales teams with strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their targets.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce & Gong software and other sales tools for managing sales pipelines and tracking performance.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Experience in building and maintaining partnerships or channel relationships.
