About the role

  • Join NEPSEN as an energy efficiency engineer
  • Lead & coordinate: single point of contact for the client, from the commercial response through to project delivery
  • Study & design: perform opportunity, feasibility and design studies
  • Tender & secure: prepare tender documents, analyze bids and select contractors
  • Monitor & hand over: supervise execution of works and assist with handover/acceptance operations
  • Develop & win business: contribute to business development by preparing quotes and responding to public and private tenders
  • Share & grow: share best practices, capitalize on lessons learned and contribute to the team's skills development

Requirements

  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in Electrical or Energy Engineering
  • 2–3 years' experience in PV (photovoltaic) engineering
  • Knowledge of the technical, economic and regulatory context of photovoltaic projects in France
  • Significant experience in medium-voltage (HTA) electrical systems, EV charging infrastructure (IRVE), storage, agrivoltaics, project development or PPAs is a plus
  • Practical site supervision experience is desirable
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Rigor and attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate issues and resolve a variety of problems
  • Ability to maintain a trusted relationship with clients throughout assigned projects
