About the role
- Analyze & advise: energy audits, asset management strategies
- Design & rehabilitate: project management (MOE) for full-scope (TCE) renovations or technical systems
- Support & oversee: operation/maintenance contracts, energy performance contracts (EPCs)
- Study & calculate: fluid studies, HVAC, regulatory compliance
- Learn the role from A to Z
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in building/energy engineering
- Proven references in energy retrofit of tertiary (commercial/office) buildings
- Strong expertise in building energy performance projects
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end with rigor and autonomy
- Autonomous, curious, pragmatic, and energetic mindset
