About the role
- Analyze & advise: energy audits, asset strategies
- Design & refurbish: project management for renovation across all trades (TCE) or technical installations
- Assist & oversee: operations contracts, energy performance contracts
- Study & calculate: fluid studies, HVAC, regulatory compliance
- Learn the profession from A to Z: business development, advisory, studies, construction site work, and post-completion follow-up
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in building/energy engineering, with proven references in energy refurbishment of buildings
- Strong experience with building energy performance projects
- Versatile, 'Swiss‑army‑knife' mindset: autonomous, curious, pragmatic, energetic—and able to ask for help when needed
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end with rigor and autonomy
- Motivation to contribute concretely to the energy transition in your daily professional activities
