About the role

  • Lead the group consolidation process and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in accordance with K3.
  • Prepare and coordinate the statutory annual reports for Nepa AB (Group) and its Swedish subsidiaries, and review reports from international subsidiaries.
  • Drive the preparation of consolidated financial statements, interim reports, and annual reports.
  • Conduct annual impairment tests and ensure correct application of accounting standards.
  • Manage transfer pricing documentation and intercompany agreements to ensure compliance.
  • Deliver insightful P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analyses to support management decision-making.
  • Oversee reconciliations, accruals, intercompany transactions, and working capital optimization to maintain transparent and accurate group financials.
  • Lead the annual audit process as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and other external stakeholders.
  • Supervise and support a small finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Continuously review and enhance financial processes, systems, and tools to drive efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in financial controlling, preferably in an international group environment.
  • Proven expertise in group consolidation, K3 (or IFRS), statutory reporting, and audit processes.
  • Experience with transfer pricing and impairment testing (advantage).
  • Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior finance colleagues.
  • Self-sufficient, proactive, and able to drive improvements independently.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or similar.
  • Experience with Visma.net and Salesforce (plus).
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
