About the role

  • Deliver a range of enterprise hands-on and remote endpoint support services
  • Perform ticket management responsibilities
  • Respond to service, product, technical, and customer relations questions
  • Maintain asset inventory of endpoints, software, and software licenses
  • Provide regular reports for effective IT service management
  • Decommission and/or dispose of IT equipment according to guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and relevant work experience
  • 0-1 years of IT experience
  • Active ITIL v3 certification preferred
  • Troubleshooting and technical aptitude in Windows 7, MS Office 2013, Citrix solutions, Wi-Fi and VPN Support, Telephony (IPT, PABX), RF technologies, Smart hands support
  • Experience with IT Work Instructions, IT transformations, and networking concepts
