Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver a range of enterprise hands-on and remote endpoint support services
Perform ticket management responsibilities
Respond to service, product, technical, and customer relations questions
Maintain asset inventory of endpoints, software, and software licenses
Provide regular reports for effective IT service management
Decommission and/or dispose of IT equipment according to guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and relevant work experience
0-1 years of IT experience
Active ITIL v3 certification preferred
Troubleshooting and technical aptitude in Windows 7, MS Office 2013, Citrix solutions, Wi-Fi and VPN Support, Telephony (IPT, PABX), RF technologies, Smart hands support
Experience with IT Work Instructions, IT transformations, and networking concepts
