About the role
- Deliver a range of enterprise hands-on and remote endpoint support services
- Perform ticket management responsibilities
- Respond to service, product, technical, and customer relations questions
- Maintain asset inventory of endpoints, software, and software licenses
- Provide regular reports for effective IT service management
- Decommission and/or dispose of IT equipment according to guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and relevant work experience
- 0-1 years of IT experience
- Active ITIL v3 certification preferred
- Troubleshooting and technical aptitude in Windows 7, MS Office 2013, Citrix solutions, Wi-Fi and VPN Support, Telephony (IPT, PABX), RF technologies, Smart hands support
- Experience with IT Work Instructions, IT transformations, and networking concepts
