About the role
- Provide support for global enterprise voice and data networks
- Work with IT technology leaders, business partners and service providers to determine, deploy and enforce standards
- Implement hardware and software life cycle management
- Deliver technology leadership for hardware and software related to provisioning, allocation and support of servers, storage and networks
- Provide technical support addressing operations, security, stability, and continuous improvements for network services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience
- 3 – 7 years of IT experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Network Systems Engineering
- Advanced knowledge of network management tools
- Current engineering level certifications on enterprise platforms
- Experience working with global service providers is preferred
- Active ITIL v3 certification preferred
- Knowledge of parts logistics methodologies preferred
