About the role

  • - Execute manual test cases based on defined specifications and requirements.
  • - Review product documentation to verify that functionalities meet the set criteria.
  • - Log and track defects using management tools.
  • - Participate in daily meetings to report testing progress and coordinate corrective actions.
  • - Update and maintain the test case repository to ensure current and accurate testing documentation.
  • - Collaborate with developers and QA Engineers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • - Participate in quality review sessions and suggest improvements to testing processes.
  • - Conduct exploratory and regression testing on new functionalities.
  • - Contribute to continuous process improvements by identifying optimization opportunities in QA standards.
  • - Analyze defect trends and generate quality reports for management review.
  • - Assist in training new team members on Neostella’s testing methodologies and processes.
  • - Review and refine the overall testing strategy in collaboration with the QA Manager.

Requirements

  • - Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and defect management.
  • - Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • - Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • - Basic knowledge of test automation tools is a plus.
  • **Technical Environment**
  • - Management tools: JIRA, Confluence, Tricentis.
  • - Familiarity with fundamental automation concepts and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
