Chief Operating Officer

• Contribute to the development of the company's strategy
• Participate in the company's and team's operational management alongside the COO
• Assist various team leaders and the CEO as needed
• Work in coordination with the Communications/Marketing team
• Support the deployment of the commercial strategy
• Support management and performance tracking: data analysis, monitoring KPIs and dashboards
• Assist with accounting, management control, financial analysis and KPI monitoring
• Oversee cross-functional projects, optimize processes, and contribute to the transition of internal tools
• Conduct market research, draft proposals, produce materials, and identify key prospects or partners
• Participate in sourcing, interviews and onboarding of new employees
• Draft content (press releases, briefs)
