About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join the Cards Acquisition Business Unit on a team focused on growing Neon’s Credit Card
Ensure activation and recurring usage among approved customers
Retain non-approved users through alternative products and credit-building initiatives
Monitor results and funnel metrics across the customer funnel
Implement dashboards and automations for performance monitoring
Lead product acquisition and engagement strategies across channels such as Push, Email and WhatsApp
Conduct deep data analyses to generate insights and identify business opportunities
Evaluate new projects, products and features and support roadmap prioritization with engineering and product
Design and lead end-to-end growth tests and experiments
Generate hypotheses, design experiments, execute, measure and communicate results
Present results and growth theses in leadership forums

Requirements

What you’ll need

Analytical and pragmatic profile, with a strong problem-solving mindset and critical reasoning
Ability to decompose complex problems and formulate hypotheses independently
Ability to extract intelligence from internal data and translate it into business opportunities
Strong analytical ability to structure and solve complex problems using data
Initiative, proactivity and ownership mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to synthesize
Adaptability to different scenarios and change
Ability to provide cross-coverage in a small team
Ability to build relationships with other areas and engage stakeholders
Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel and Google Slides / PowerPoint
Proficiency and hands-on experience with SQL or equivalent tools for data extraction
Intellectual curiosity and willingness to use Artificial Intelligence tools
Previous experience in fintechs or fast-growing tech companies
Proficiency in Python for data analysis, including data manipulation, cleaning and automation of routines
