About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Neon is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer who will scale the partner engineering function.
You’ll work alongside our sales and customer success teams to build and manage developer onboarding, own our customer-facing documentation, and build out new features for our customers.
You’ll also shape the direction of the team: manage how the team grows and set the standards for your teammates at Neon.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have 5+ years of experience in partner engineering or a similar customer-facing engineering role.
You have experience writing and maintaining API documentation for complex technical products.
You have experience with, and are willing to flex into, full-stack product development to manage specific customer requests.
You are highly productive, able to take ownership of key initiatives and deliver results.
You have experience leading teams or projects and enjoy helping others level up their skills.
You’re located or willing to work from Seoul, South Korea.
Must be fluent in English and Korean.
