About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain features in Android applications, ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Collaborate with designers and other developers to create efficient, scalable solutions.
Participate in the technical design of solutions proposed by the team and monitor the health of features in production (bugs and crashes).
Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
Ensure the app works across different device models and operating system versions.
Evaluate solutions proposed by the product team and other stakeholders, considering technical best practices.
Actively participate in team ceremonies and development team activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in Android development using Kotlin.
Knowledge of Android Jetpack libraries or equivalents, such as AndroidX, Compose, Hilt, Navigation, and Room.
Experience with other libraries such as Firebase, Mixpanel, and Mockito.
Familiarity with high-performance architectures such as Clean Architecture, MVVM, and SOLID principles.
Experience with versioning and source control using GitHub.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within an agile team, using JIRA and Kanban.
