Requirements

  • Strong experience with distributed systems and large-scale architecture

  • Excellent understanding of technical trade-offs (performance, cost, scalability, etc.)
  • Experience influencing multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to connect technical decisions with business impact
